Hilario Zeferino Cepeda

Larry went to his heavenly home on January 23,2021, his devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him throughout his life. Larry was born to the late Mateo Jose and Francicsa Cepeda in Monterrey Mexico where he was immersed in the Christian community that would later be his lifelong support, he was a graduate of the 1980 class of the Instituto Biblico de la Rosa de Saron, as a young adult Larry made many mission trips to Mexico further demonstrating his service in the Lord.

Larry built and founded his current church Iglesia Gracia Divina where he Pastored for seven years alongside his beautiful wife, Maria Lourdes Cepeda. Larry raised his children Josue and Evelyn with patience, discipline and humility from the beginning, he dedicated his children to God and encouraged them to explore the beauty of the gospel, leading them both to follow in his footsteps of serving the Lord.Larry was blessed with a large and loving family. He married his best friend and fellow Pastor Maria Lourdes Cepeda in July of 1980.

Hilario was preceded in death by his sister, Maria Elena Cavazos. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 40 years Maria Cepeda; two children, Joshua Cepeda and wife Cristina, Evelyn Rodriguez and husband Angel; siblings, Olga and Salvador Hernandez, Armando and Noemi Cepeda, Maria and Hector Vasquez, Adolfo and Adriana Cepeda, Sylvia Cepeda, Martha and Trevor Berber, David Cepeda and Esther and Mauro Garza; grandchildren, Daniela Cepeda, Sarai Sanchez, Ismael Sanchez, Elize Cepeda, Kairos Rodriguez; along with numerous other loving family and treasured friends. Visitation for Hilario will be held at Neal Funeral Home on January 26, 2021 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services for Hilario will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Interment for Hilario will immediately follow at Farley Chapel Cemetery. Javier Zuniga officiating.
