Gary Dean Copeland, 56, of Dayton, Texas passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015. He was born on Thursday, October 2, 1958 in Dayton, Texas to Nelson Douglass Copeland and Ruth Lee (Fregia) Copeland, both of whom have preceded him in death. Gary was also preceded in death by his brothers, Gilbert Taylor and Elmer Copeland. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 37 years, Leslie Copeland; loving puppies, Queen, Berdie, Pete; sisters, Mille Thornton and husband Jimmy, Joyce Strubble; sister-in-laws, Carolyn Stuckey, Linda Lawrence and husband Wayne, Ellen Jimenez; brother-in-laws, Willis Young and wife Ruby, David Young; along with numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family and treasured friends.
All arrangements were handled under the trusted care of Neal Funeral Home.
